TourHero is looking for a Operations associate.

- Proficient : Operations, Logistics
Compensation: USD$2.000/monthly
+ Stocks
+ 20 days PTO
+ 5 days of work from anywhere every 6 months
+ Travel to the most exotic locations for free!
+ Mac, monitor, and equipment budget of $200 for any tools that will help you set up your work
+ Learning & development budget across the team
Location: Bogota, Colombia
Languages required: English - Fully fluent
Responsibilities and more:
Determine destinations, track progress, and drive successful completion.
Develop and implement growth plans to help high potential local partners scale with us.
Identify, recruit, onboard, and build strong relationships with additional tour operators to best serve our travelers’ needs.
Negotiate various terms and commissions with operators.
Ability to negotiate special perks for TourHero customers.
Talk to TourHero customers and address any concerns.
