Payment Tracking
Troubleshooting Account-Related Issues
Negotiation of payment plans
Resolve potential financial issues
Claims Management
collaborating with patients to ensure clarity on payments
REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for empathetic, multifaceted, passionate, autonomous people with a good conversational command of the English language (B2 onwards), that is, who can express their ideas clearly and assertively, as well as a high sense of integrity in their personal values.
Time availability to work in person in the metropolitan area of Medellín (Sabaneta, Antioquia).
No experience
It is important for us to have people with sufficient Emotional Intelligence and other soft skills, who are passionate about their personal goals and achievement oriented.

Remuneration:

2'610.000 + Commissions

Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or 9:00am to 7:00pm
