Capital Wealth is hiring!

We are looking for an Appointment Setter to join our team in Pereira, Colombia, and support our sales team by contacting prospective clients via telephone and email.

An Appointment Setter’s responsibilities include ensuring that potential clients might be interested in our products and services, and scheduling a time with each potential client so they can meet one-on-one or in groups with our organization’s Sales Representatives. We are seeking 5–10 individuals by year-end to help us extend our services and provide valuable support to the financial industry in the United States.

Responsibilities:
Arrange appointments with teachers within the education sector to introduce various financial services.
Engage in effective communication to showcase our offerings and secure appointments.
Exceed set targets to unlock performance-based bonuses.
Field basic questions and concerns about the products and services.
Schedule consultations between the prospective client and a Sales Representative.
Keep a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered.
Attempt to contact prospective clients whom you have been unable to contact.

Requirements:
Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role.
Excellent ENGLISH verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are REQUIRED
Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
Excellent phone etiquette (professional and courteous disposition)
Persuasive and results-oriented.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
A competitive spirit, coupled with a penchant for collaboration.
