We (Torre) are helping Grove Acquisitions find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Corporate Account Executive.

Compensation:
USD 1.75K - 2K/month.

Location:
Remote (for Honduras, Colombia, Ecuador, Nicaragua, and Mexico residents).

What makes you a strong candidate:
- You have +3 years of experience in account management and real estate sales.
- You are proficient in business development, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), cold calling, and pipeline management.
- English Fully fluent.

Responsibilities and more:
We are seeking an organized and results-driven Corporate Account Executive to join our growing team.

Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management and sales as well as Real Estate Experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills are crucial for managing multiple clients, projects, and deadlines effectively while thriving in a fast-paced culture without losing focus.
- You must also be friendly and efficient and possess strong people skills to handle client interactions with professionalism and care.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong spoken and written English Proficiency (C1+).

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in the real estate sector.
- Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their real estate investment objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate, sales, account management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the Real Estate market and investment strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- C1+ English level (Spoken and written).
