We (Torre) are helping Remote Latinos find a top candidate to join their team full time for the role of Real Estate Cold Caller.

Compensation:
USD5 - 10/hour.

Location:
Remote (for Bolivia, Guatemala, Honduras, Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Perú, Brazil, Paraguay, Chile, Argentina).

What makes you a strong candidate:
- You are proficient cold calling, real estate sales, CRM (Customer relationship management).
- Spanish - Conversational.
- English - Conversational.

Responsibilities and more:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Cold Caller to join our team. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments for our real estate agents through outbound cold calling. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in cold calling for real estate, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable engaging with potential clients over the phone.

Responsibilities:
- Cold call potential clients from our lead database.
- Introduce our real estate services and build rapport with prospects.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for real estate agents.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in our CRM system.
-Meet weekly and monthly call quotas and appointment setting goals.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold calling for real estate (at least one year).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual.
- High school diploma; additional certifications a plus.

Salary:
Salary range: $5 - $10 USD per hour, depending on experience and performance.
