Compensation:
COP 7M - 9M/month.
+ Commissions (~ COP4M /month)
Location:
Hybrid (Carrera 42 #5 Sur-145, El Poblado, Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia).

Responsibilities and more:
Some of your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Market Expansion: Proactively identify and penetrate new industries such as finance, insurance, healthcare, and software development, with a focus on global EOR services.
-Lead Generation: Independently source and qualify new leads through cold outreach, networking, and digital tools.
-Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth handoff to account management.
-Client Education: Clearly articulate the value of global EOR solutions, addressing industry-specific needs and pain points.
-Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to refine messaging and ensure alignment with company objectives.
-Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
-Relationship Building: Establish trust and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
Requirements:
-Studies: A degree in International Business, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
-Experience: At least 5 years in business development or sales, with a proven ability to close deals and independently generate leads.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with industries such as BPO, global hiring, recruitment agencies, and selling to US companies from Colombia.
-Other: Must hold a valid US visa and be open to regular travel for client meetings and industry events.
-Language: Advanced English skills (B2+ or higher) are required.
