We are helping Paricus find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Bilingual Sales Manager – BPO Services.

Compensation:
COP 4,5M/month.

Location:
Hybrid (Bogotá, Colombia).

What makes you a strong candidate:
- You have 5+ years of experience in business development management.
- You are expert in B2B sales, business development, negotiation, and sales strategies.
- You are proficient in CRM (Customer relationship management), contract negotiation, and market data analysis.
- Spanish - Fully fluent.
- English - Fully fluent.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Manager (SDM) to lead client acquisition efforts and expand our presence across regions through remote and in-person channels.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in developing and executing targeted sales strategies within the BPO industry. This role requires exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish, along with the ability to engage effectively with clients both domestically and internationally. A strong aptitude for technology, strategic sales planning, and cross-cultural communication is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth in the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the BPO sector.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Proven success in client acquisition and achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic business plans.
