Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills:
• B2 + English level
• At least 6 months of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills, clear diction, tone, and knowledge/use of proper grammar
• Ability to explain complex, step-by-step processes to customers over the phone.
• Ability to multitask by reading, typing, and navigating through applications while speaking with customers.
• Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels, including phone. Agents may be asked to transition to between channels at any time.
