Position: Customer Service representative
Site: Murano Plaza, Envigado. (Medellin)
Schedule: Lunes a viernes 7am a 5pm. EST. (Disponibilidad de Lunes a domingo)
Remuneration: 2.600.000 Cop, consiste en 1.690.000 como salario + 910.000 que recibes como auxilio 
de Vivienda.

Job description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer 
Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our 
customers by resolving inquiries.
Responsabilities:
•⁠ ⁠Strong desire to be helpful and take ownership to resolve customer situations/experience. 
•⁠ ⁠Identify root cause of inquiries by asking probing questions to determine the best solution(s) 
•⁠ ⁠Troubleshoot technical issues that are related to products not working as expected. 
•⁠ ⁠Provided customer relationship management tool to research inquiries, document customer 
interactions, and issue replacements. 
•⁠ ⁠Receive and respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and text while updating internal 
computer applications and systems. 
•⁠ ⁠Maintain required product knowledge to deliver best in class service. 
•⁠ ⁠Exhibit a positive attitude and bring enthusiasm to work each day. 
•⁠ ⁠Proven record of great attendance and demonstrating skills as a team player 
•⁠ ⁠Experience or knowledge with online payroll services and troubleshooting is a plus. 
Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills: 
•⁠ ⁠Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills, clear diction, tone, and knowledge/use of proper grammar 
•⁠ ⁠B2 + English level
•⁠ ⁠Ability to explain complex, step-by-step processes to customers over the phone. 
•⁠ ⁠At least 6 months of customer service or call center experience preferred. 
•⁠ ⁠Ability to multitask by reading, typing, and navigating through applications while speaking with 
customers. 
•⁠ ⁠Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication 
channels, including phone. Agents may be asked to transition to between channels at any time.
Salario:
$ 2.600.000,00 Mensual
