Descripción de la Oferta de Trabajo

As a bilingual administrative assistant at CareTalk, you will work for one of our accounts focused on the medical field, collecting and managing the necessary documentation for patients to receive their treatments and medical products on time.

What are your responsibilities?
• Collect and process all patient documentation.
• Contact patients, medical centers, doctors, and any relevant point of contact to process all patient treatments and products.
• Manage, update, and keep all process information up-to-date on the organization's internal platforms (CRM, TrackingTool, email, etc.).
• Ensure all information is accurate and meets account requirements.
• Maintain active process management, ensuring resolution within 30 days.

What is the ideal profile for this position?
• Excellent computer skills, quick typing ability, precision, and proficiency with online platforms such as Google, Gmail, Google Calendar, Microsoft Teams, CRM (HubSpot), Notion, Google Slides, Google Spreadsheets, and Google Meets.
• Ability to solve problems effectively and independently.
• Effective written and verbal communication, clear, concise, and to the point.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience in document management.
• Minimum English level C1.
Working conditions
• You will work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Colombia time.
• We follow the American calendar, which means working on Colombian holidays (with the respective legal compensation).
• We offer an indefinite-term contract with a salary of $2,500,000 COP
• The job is 100% on-site; we are located in the city of Medellín, in the Laureles neighborhood.
