Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Solvo Global in Medellin the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service inquiries, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a daily basis.

Qualifications

Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
Customer Service and Customer Experience expertise
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and problem-solve efficiently
Experience in a similar role or customer-facing position
Attention to detail and empathy towards customers
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Experience with CRM software is advantageous
